Located in the Thao Dien region, very popular with expatriates, Bui Restaurant has Indochina-style architecture with wooden tables and chairs and colorful lanterns.
It has an outdoor terrace set among green trees.
Its menu focuses on specialties from the three regions of Vietnam such as braised pork with egg and coconut juice in a clay pot, mango salad with shrimp, Vietnamese fried pancakes with seafood, a mix mushrooms, bean sprouts and onions and fresh spring rolls.
It also has other outlets at 19 Ngo Van Nam, Ben Nghe Ward, District 1 and 31-D5, Saigon Pearl Villas, 92 Nguyen Huu Canh, Binh Thanh District and will remain open from February 10 to 15.
