    Respond:

There is no evidence that newborn babies will have fair skin if their mother drinks coconut water during pregnancy.

Nutritionally, coconut water is rich in vitamin A, E, calcium, potassium and chlorine, which helps to improve the health of pregnant women and strengthen their immune system. However, pregnant women should keep these facts in mind before deciding to include coconut water in their diet.

Pregnant women should avoid drinking coconut water during their first trimester because their fetuses are not yet fully formed and they go through many hormonal changes during this time. Meanwhile, coconut water cools the body, which can lead to lower blood pressure and weaken muscles and tissues, which can lead to dyspepsia and morning sickness.

From the fourth month of pregnancy, expectant mothers can drink water directly extracted from young coconuts every morning. Sugar should not be added to the drink and the drink should not be consumed when hungry. It is recommended to consume a maximum of two cups of coconut water per day, divided into small portions instead of consuming them all at once.

Pregnant women should not drink more than this, even during the summer, to avoid an increase in the amount of potassium and sugar in their blood, which leads to weight gain and potential gestational diabetes.

Coconut water should not be drunk in the evening, since the drink, combined with the low temperature at this time of day, can adversely affect the health of mothers and babies. It can also affect their sleep patterns, as the drink is diuretic.

Coconut water that has been left overnight or has an unusual taste should also not be consumed.

Pregnant women are advised not to consume foods high in sugar and carbohydrates after drinking coconut water.

Overall, pregnant women should consult their doctor before deciding to include coconut water in their diet.
