Vietnamese photographer Pham Tuan Ngoc was studying in Paris when he took “The Odeon Kiss.”
The 14 photographs were chosen from the “Regards Croisés” photo contest in which 60 Vietnamese and French photographers submitted images they created in each other’s countries.
The contest was co-hosted by the Embassy of France in Hanoi, the Consulate General of France in Ho Chi Minh City, and the French Institute in Vietnam. In celebration of the 50th anniversary of the Vietnam-France diplomatic ties, the photos are on display outside the Consulate General of France in Ho Chi Minh City.
