Organized by Enterprise Asia, the region’s leading NGO for entrepreneurship, the prestigious awards ceremony was held on December 10, 2025 at Shangri-La The Fort, Manila.
Anchored by the theme “Showcasing Future-Ready Businesses,” APEA 2025 Philippines honored entrepreneurs and organizations that have demonstrated agility, strategic foresight, and the ability to thrive amid economic changes and technological transformation, while creating meaningful impact for their industries and communities.
A distinguished jury evaluated more than 100 applications through a rigorous and transparent evaluation process, carefully examining each applicant’s leadership, operational excellence, financial performance, innovation capabilities and long-term sustainability. Following this comprehensive assessment, outstanding winners were selected in four categories: Master Entrepreneur, Inspiring Brand, Fast Business and Corporate Excellence.
Since 2007, the awards have been held across the region, with past winners including Supaluck Umpujh of Thailand’s The Mall Group, Mainland China Xu RongMao of Shimao Group, Francis Lui of Hong Kong of Galaxy Entertainment Group, Dang Van Thanh of TTC Vietnam, Hary Tanoesoedibjo of Indonesia of MNC Group, Adi Godrej of Godrej Group of India, Manuel Villar of Philippines of Vista Land and Hoe Kian Choon of Cuckoo Malaysia.

These distinguished executives were honored for their exceptional leadership, business acumen and lasting contributions to their respective industries.
Other notable winners include Asiapro MultiPurpose Cooperative in the Inspirational Brand category, Optum Global Solutions Philippines Inc in the Fast Enterprise category, while Filinvest Alabang, Inc.; North Asia Operating Services Inc.; and UAM Philippines, Inc. were honored in the Corporate Excellence category.
