The Realme GT 5G arrives on March 4 with a Snapdragon 888 SoC under the hood and will be priced under CNY 2,999 ($ 465 / € 380). It will pack a 120Hz AMOLED display made by Samsung with a fingerprint reader underneath for biometric authentication.
These latest revelations come from Realme vice president Mr. Xu Qi Chase, who posted on Weibo saying that pricing the 5G GT under CNY2,999 was a difficult feat.
Mr Chase also confirmed again that the GT 5G will come with LPDRR5 RAM and UFS 3.1 storage, but did not reveal any specific numbers. However, we do know that the GT 5G will come with 12GB of RAM and 256GB of onboard storage, but that could be the high-end variant, and we believe there will be another model with less RAM and less. storage, the price of which will be less than CNY 2999.

With a price tag of CNY 2,999, the Realme GT 5G could become the cheapest smartphone powered by Snapdragon 888 at launch.
We do not yet have the full spec sheet for the GT 5G, although official posters have confirmed that the smartphone will come with a glass back and Bumblebee leather variants with 64MP triple camera setups on the rear panels, while 3C revealed that the smartphone will support 65W charging.
