Employee learning program launched within the framework of the region AI strategy and concentration on the transformation of the workplace
Tokyo,, August 18, 2025 / Prnewswire / – Ricoh Asia Pacific announced today the launch of the AI learning week, an internal initiative on the scale of the region designed to provide employees with the practical capacity of the AI, accelerate the adoption of Microsoft Copilot, the use of personalized AI agents and strengthen Ricoh leadership to shape the future of work through artificial intelligence applied.
From August 18 to 22, 2025 and co -packed by Microsoft and Talogy, a supplier of talent management solutions, the AI learning week will bring together more than a thousand employees in Ricoh Asia-Pacific Operations for practical sessions, leadership panels and solutions. The initiative reflects the conviction of Ricoh according to which the empowerment of employees of AI mastery is essential to offer sustainable value for customers and deepen strategic technological partnerships.
