The Realme Buds Air 2 TWS earphones are set to go official soon, and yesterday we exclusively announced that they will look like the Buds Air Pro, be black in color, and feature active noise cancellation (ANC). Today, a few new screenshots of the Realme Link app have surfaced which corroborate our information and reveal new features.

Realme Buds Air Pro
The screenshots tell us that like the Buds Air Pro and Buds Wireless Pro, the Buds Air 2 will also come with General and Transparency modes in addition to noise cancellation. There is also a game mode which should reduce latency for a better gaming experience, and a volume booster, which will further increase the volume in case your track is not loud enough.
The first generation Buds Air don’t come with Volume Enhancer, just as they don’t come with the Lively, Clear, and Bass Boost + sound effects that the Buds Air 2 will have on board. It’s unclear exactly what exactly Lively and Clear will do, but going through the icon used for the latter, we believe it will improve vocals in the audio.

We’re also seeing in-ear detection and auto-response, and while the Air Buds 2 support touch controls like the previous TWS earbuds, Realme seems to have added a new gesture that will let you touch and hold the left earbuds. and right at the same time. to change the noise cancellation. On previous TWS headphones, you could only use this gesture on one button at a time.
The Buds Air 2 TWS headphones look like a nice upgrade over the Air Buds, but there are still a few questions to be answered, one of them being whether the Buds Air 2 will support wireless charging. .

Currently, only the first generation Air Buds support wireless charging. Realme ditched it over the Pro model in favor of active noise cancellation, and it remains to be seen whether the Buds Air 2 will mark its return.
There is no word from Realme on the Buds Air 2 yet, but Mr. Madhav Sheth – Vice President of Realme and CEO of Realme India and Europe – recently launched new TWS headphones with ANC, transparency mode and controls. Touchscreen, which are probably the Air 2 Buds. We hope to hear more about them in the coming days.
I enjoy the noise-free music that comes with the active noise cancellation feature.#NoiseOffrealmeOn pic.twitter.com/VUUqnWkBrp
