They both seem content and happy with their lives across the sea.
An, 61, and Thuy, 43, married in September 2006 after only a week of knowing each other. They lived in the United States until their divorce in March 2008. Custody of their two daughters, Angelina and Valentina, was awarded to Thuy.

An then met Thao, 35, in Vietnam during Lunar New Year 2015 Tet vacation. Thao was a famous model and actress at the time.
According to An, he was attracted to her intelligence and sincerity, and the way she treated people around her.
Thao later revealed that she decided to marry An because she thought he would be a good father.
The two dated for a brief period before holding their engagement ceremony in late 2015.
Thao has since scaled back his activities in the entertainment industry and focused on operating off-camera businesses. The couple welcomed their first daughter in 2016.

Thao says An cooks well, takes care of her daughter diligently, and doesn’t shy away from doing household chores.
Meanwhile, An said Thao is hard-working, strong-willed and always willing to try new things. She doesn’t rely on him financially either.
The couple have been seen traveling frequently both domestically and abroad.
Thao said she and An wanted to move to a beautiful and peaceful country once their daughter enrolls in college. She has set herself the goal of earning a few hundred billion dong (1 billion dong is about $42,000), so she can retire early and spend some quality time with An.
Meanwhile, Thuy has moved to the United States after remarrying a lawyer named Truong. The couple reportedly started dating in 2011, welcomed son Myles after that, and held a wedding ceremony in June 2016.
Thuy said Ngoi Sao in an interview that the twists and turns of his life had made him undergo some changes.
“I became a positive, optimistic and hopeful Ngoc Thuy,” she said. “I am now calmer and no longer fall into meaningless things.”

Thuy still maintains her figure with frequent exercise, including yoga, hiking, and running. Her family often hiked and explored the wild forests of California before the pandemic hit.
“I feel blessed to have three healthy, kind and beautiful children,” she said.
She said she and Truong gave the three children jobs to do around the house to foster their independence.
Thuy occasionally travels to Vietnam to attend charity events and projects.
Thuy was once a famous model and actress nicknamed the “Marilyn Monroe of Vietnam”.
Although they divorced 15 years ago, An and Thuy are still in conflict over a list of assets worth around VND288 billion, including real estate, stocks and vehicles.
It is reported that as a holder of American citizenship, An had to “register [Vietnam-based] properties in Thuy’s name”, despite the fact that they “were purchased with his own money [and not related to Thuy].”
The California Superior Court ruled when the two men divorced that Thuy should return those properties to An, which she did not. Thus, An filed a lawsuit against her in the Ho Chi Minh City People’s Court in 2010.
The HCMC court is due to hear the case on August 18. It would have taken 13 years to do so, as the court “needed to obtain documents related to the properties in dispute”.
