Police of Tan Phu district has combined with Zalo, announcing the launching of new security system combined with chatbot his morning.
This morning, a security system combined chatbot has been announced, as a result of collaborative relationship between Police of Tan Phu district and Zalo. This new security system will help citizens enhance to information about administrative process and national security issue such as wanted names and illegal people.
In Ho Chi Minh city, Tan Phu is the pioneer in using this innovative security system with the purpose of helping citizens in the local region have a safe living environment. This security system of Tan Phu Police will update about the security issue in the region and educate citizens about administrative process.
At the launching day, Mr. Nguyen Duy Dong, Vice Manager of Police of Tan Phu district, said.
According to the recent finished survey, Tan Phu district has about 472.896 Zalo users. Based on that number, local Police have progressively connect Zalo and build up a page on Zalo Official Account following the slogan of district Police “Connecting to Zalo for a safe Tan Phu district.
Mr. Dong said.
“We all hope that we can be closer to citizens, actively listen to them and make sure that the security in this district will be safe and peaceful,” he added.
From now on, citizens in Tan Phu can propose suspected illegal person, complain, and express information to the Police through Zalo. Besides, Police of Tan Phu combine chatbot in order to suggest citizens about administrative process such as signing up for temporary inhabit, temporary absence, approving new identification cards,…
At this moment, Police of Tan Phu district set up successfully 18 Zalo accounts for local usage, including:
- Local Police.
- National security protection campaign.
- Administration of social security and safety.
- Local firemen.
- Legal support and legal issue update.
- Transportation police.
- Investigative police.
The main site of new security system will have three main purpose: News, Administrative process, and Numbers List.
In order to sign up for this new service of Zalo, citizens only have to click pay attention to “POLICE OF TAN PHU DISTRICT – HO CHI MINH CITY.” Citizens can search for departments that they wish for on Zalo or they can use QR Codes to search.
A chatbot will also be used in order to support police control the system better and have their information be updated on page more regularly.
Using technology in changing the administrative process and security protection is an innovative decision of Police of Tan Phu district in order to show that they are not an outsider in the digitalization era. Using Zalo in enhancing to citizens will be wished to help police get closer to citizens and help them tackle crime in the region easier.
