Oppo’s upcoming Find X3 Pro will use a Samsung-made AMOLED display with an LTPO backplane, allowing a variable refresh rate between 5Hz and 120Hz.
According to a popular insider Ice universe the panel will be Samsung’s E4 with 10-bit color support and it will be the first non-Samsung on the market with an LTPO panel.
The latter claim could be challenged by the OnePlus 9 Pro, which will also have an LTPO display and become official on March 8, three days before Oppo’s Find X3 Pro.
Of course, the Oppo Find X3 Pro and the OnePlus 9 Pro could very well use the same 6.78in 1440p 120Hz AMOLED display.
Besides Samsung, the first mobile phone to use LTPO screen is OPPO Find X3 series, which supports 5Hz-120Hz smart setting, and this screen supports 10-bit, Samsung Display’s top E4 screen.

Previously, it was rumored that the screen supported a refresh rate range between 10Hz and 120Hz.
The Oppo Find X3 Pro is expected to bring a pair of 50MP cameras with Sony’s IMX766 sensor behind them – one for the main camera and one for the ultra-wide. We also expect a 4,500mAh battery with 65W SuperVOOC 2.0 charge and ColorOS 11, based on Android 11.
