Oppo India Marketing Director tweeted the following teaser for the upcoming F19 Pro series. Two models are mentioned by name – Oppo F19 Pro and F19 Pro + 5G (there should be a vanilla F19 too).
We’re only getting a “coming soon” wave for the launch date, but rumors from last month point to a March launch. The phones will be sold through Amazon in India, which already has a landing page. For the specs, we have to rely on rumors again.
The Oppo F19 Pro + is expected to have a 6.4-inch AMOLED display with a 90Hz refresh rate, a Dimensity 800U chipset and a triple camera on the back (64 MP main, 8 MP ultra wide, 2 MP of depth). The F19 Pro is expected to revert to 4G with a Helio P95 chip and 48 + 8 MP camera setup.
Note that these specifications are far from 100% safe. There’s a chance we’ll see a Dimensity 1200 chipset in the Pro + instead. Part of the confusion comes from the fact that these two products will be available under different product names in different regions (for example, part of the Reno or the A-series).
