The OnePlus Nord now receives stable OxygenOS 11 based on Android 11, about a month after the rollout of Open Beta 3. This update brings major changes to the interface (including Dark Mode) and even enables the Always feature. On Display.
Here are some screenshots of users already updated. After the update you can enable AOD from Settings> Personalization, there is also a new Insight clock style for the ambient display. The shelf (which offers information at a glance and quick shortcuts) has been redesigned, you can activate it from the launcher settings.

Meanwhile, the OnePlus 7 and 7 Pro got OxygenOS 11 Open Beta 3 yesterday, as did the OnePlus 7T and 7T Pro. If the northern schedule is any indication, the stable update is expected to be released in April.
Unfortunately for 7 and 7T owners, it seems the AOD feature is still exclusive to Pro models (and the North, apparently).
Here is the changelog (same goes for Series 7 and 7T):
- System
- Optimized the animation unlock effect
- Fixed slow charge rate issue in some cases
- Fixed delay issue when playing recorded video on screen
- Fixed low probability failure issue with double tap to wake up
- Fixed the issue that Netflix could not play HD videos
- Bluetooth
- Fixed silent issue when Bluetooth transport protocol is changed to AptX
- Network
- Improved Wi-Fi connection stability and reduced internet outages
