nubia launched the nubia Watch last July and the company will soon be adding a new smartwatch to its portfolio called RedMagic Watch, as the FCC documentation just revealed.
The RedMagic Watch’s FCC listing leaves little to the imagination, confirming the specifications, features, and design of the notebook.
The RedMagic watch with the model code SW2102 has a circular design with two physical buttons on its right side, which reminds us of the Realme Watch S Pro. It has a 1.39 “AMOLED display with a resolution of 454×454 pixels and supports automatic brightness adjustment since the smartwatch has an ambient light sensor on board.

On the back, the RedMagic watch has charging connectors and a heart rate sensor. Although it does not have a SpO2 sensor, which is increasingly common on fitness bracelets and smartwatches.

The smartwatch is 5ATM water resistant, but Nubia advises against using it in hot showers, hot springs, saunas, scuba diving, water skiing and other “wading and deep water activities facing high speed currents “.
The user manual on the FCC website reveals that the RedMagic watch will come with detachable straps, which will be available in leather and silicone. The ones pictured appear to be made of silicone, so there’s a good chance the leather straps will be sold separately.

For connectivity, the RedMagic Watch will have Bluetooth 5.0 BLE on board and will be compatible with Android 4.4 and above. The smartwatch will come with GPS, GLONASS, and QZSS, which means you don’t have to carry the paired smartphone around for route tracking.

The rest of the specifications for the RedMagic watch include an acceleration sensor, gyroscope, geomagnetic sensor, and a 420mAh battery. There’s no word from Nubia on the RedMagic watch yet, but now that it’s been FCC certified, it shouldn’t be long before it becomes official.
