Currently, more than half of the Group’s fleet is equipped, and full deployment across the entire fleet is expected to be completed by the end of 2026. Using on-board cameras and real-time analysis, the system can identify inattentive or high-risk driving behaviors and issue immediate alerts to drivers, reducing risks at the source.
When abnormal or irregular driving behavior is detected, alerts are promptly issued in the vehicle, while relevant images are simultaneously uploaded to a cloud platform for analysis and monitoring by Kwoon Chung Bus’s training and performance management department, in accordance with established procedures. If necessary, the control center will contact the driver based on the assessed risk level to carry out performance assessments and improvement measures, ensuring that safety culture is effectively implemented in each operational link.
Long-term development: advancing intelligent security management

In the future, Kwoon Chung Bus will continue to collect and analyze local driving data for further training and system optimization.
