(NYSE: NNI), announced the acquisition of Australia-based Invision Digital Pty Ltd, owner of Passtab, ResitabAnd Input tab brands. Passtab, a leading visitor, contractor and school compliance management platform, and the other brands will operate within the Nelnet International business segment, expanding Nelnet’s global education technology offerings.
This acquisition further strengthens Nelnet International ability to serve school communities with solutions that improve security, streamline front-office operations, and support increasingly complex compliance requirements. Passtab is used by thousands of schools across Australia, New Zealand and the UK and is widely recognized for its configurable, cloud-based approach to visitor management and emergency preparedness.
