Mobvoi announced that customers who are interested in the new TicWatch E3 wearable can have a complete refund of the product in one condition: pass a certain test.
According to the official website of the Chinese watchmaker, users could now buy the latest smartwatch before July 18. This will be counted as your ticket for a chance to fully refund the E3 smartwatch.

You can have a complete refund for your Mobvoi TicWatch E3 smartwatch, but you need to complete this 21-day fitness challenge first.
From Mobvoi’s site, those who are eligible to join the refund program should accomplish a 21-day workout challenge.
For the details about the challenge, there are three portions of it that you should know.
The first part will include the participant tweeting the challenge on the platform. You need to remember that it should include you unboxing of the TicWatch E3. It’s your preference if you want to do this in either of the two formats: pictures or a short clip.
Make sure to tag three of your friends in your post using the hashtag #hiitchallengewithTicWatchE3. Also, tag @Mobvoi_Official so the team could see your official entry.

Mobvoi’s HIIT Workout You Should Finish
The HIIT workout, which is also known as the “High Intensity” exercise, should be your priority to ace Mobvoi’s challenge. For this part, you need to spend at least 20 minutes of your time every day. Remember that there is a minimum average heart rate of 130 that you should follow.
From the Mobvoi app, you can freely share the Watermark of your activity and tweet it successively for 21 days. For further verification of the results, you need to go to the official Twitter of Mobvoi and send a direct message to it.
If you pass the 21-day test from July 12- Aug. 18, you will obtain 100% cashback for the TicWatch E3 that you purchased.
Remember the date when you post your Mobvoi smartwatch unboxing on Twitter. Regardless of whether the day of your posting falls on a holiday or not, you need to comply with the challenge, or else you will lose your chances for a full refund.
In case that you fail to accomplish the challenge in 21 consecutive days, you might still receive a perk in the form of a partial refund. There’s a particular percentage that will be given to you as a cashback.
For those who could do 18 times of HIIT workouts per day, you can receive a 100% refund. If you happen to do it 15 times, you are eligible for a 50% cashback. For those who can do 10 per day, a 20% cashback is waiting for you.
