Microsoft has announced that its next installment of Office will arrive later this year.
Microsoft Office 2021 is coming to Windows (32-bit and 64-bit) and macOS devices and is the paid once-for-life office suite, not Office 365 by subscription, where Microsoft invests most of its time and energy.
While Microsoft has yet to detail all of the changes to Office 2021, it has mentioned that dark mode will be supported and that it will add dynamic tables and XLOOKUP to Excel.

Office 2021 and Office LTSC (Long Term Service Channel) for business will only be supported for 5 years, instead of 7 years so far. The prices of Office Professional Plus and Standard, as well as individual apps, will increase by 10% for commercial users and remain the same for the rest.
