According to the company, Azure OpenAI service is a cloud service that provides OpenAI’s latest AI system and was officially launched in January. Over 1,000 organizations currently use this service.
With this announcement, Microsoft cloud customers can use Azure’s ChatGPT technology by following the most advanced AI models such as GPT-3.5, Codex, DALL E 2 and large-scale language models based on supercomputing Azure.It can be used with class function.
Therefore, in the future, developers will be able to use ChatGPT on Azure to easily customize AI-driven experiences and apply them to applications (apps). This can be done in a variety of situations, including enhancing existing bots, summarizing call center conversations, generating new advertisements with personalized offers, and automatically handling complaints, the company said.
Microsoft Cloud customers can use ChatGPT technology immediately, for $0.002 per 1,000 tokens, and billing for all ChatGPT usage will begin on March 13.
Meanwhile, granting access to Azure OpenAI services requires separate applications from customers and developers, and developers must explain the purpose of use or the application they are using. A content filter specifically designed to detect abusive, hateful and objectionable content constantly monitors the content entered and generated by the service. If policy violations are identified, Microsoft requires developers to take immediate action to prevent further abuse.
Currently, Microsoft has said that it is working to achieve responsible AI and address the problem of AI misuse through four stages of documented measures: ▲ application protection ▲ technology protection ▲ data protection processes and policies ▲ design guidelines and transparency notes.
