NICOSIA, Cyprus, March 24, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — ISX Financial EU Plc, an electronic money institution (EMI) licensed by the Central Bank of Cyprus, announced that its shareholders have approved the change of name of the company to Xryma Plcwith immediate effect.
This name change reflects the evolution of the Group’s activities and its positioning as a broader provider of financial technology and infrastructure operating across multiple markets and service lines.
Xryma is derived from the Greek word “money” (pronounced like curve), i.e. money or something of value. The new name highlights both the Hellenic foundations of the company and its role within the global payments ecosystem.
