Xiaomi appears to be on a relatively tight security update schedule for the Poco M2 in India. After dropping the MIUI 12 major overhaul package in December, the Chinese manufacturer is now offering a V12.0.3.0.QJPINXM package to Indian units.

According to the changelog, the OTA update appears to include only Google’s February 2021 Android security patches. With a size of 587MB, however, we have to wonder if there are perhaps more hidden fixes. here. Regardless, the initial response to the update appears to be positive within the user community.
