Don’t sign in to your YouTube account in an incognito window. Also, what you do in an incognito window does not affect normal browser windows and tabs. Closing an incognito tab is like never having accessed this site. (From a browser perspective, your browsing history can be seen by your ISP, as long as you’re not using a VPN.)
Here’s the fastest way for Chrome users to open a link in an incognito window. Right click on the link and then on your keyboard gor select “Open link in incognito window” from the drop-down menu. In Edge/Firefox/Brave, from the keyboard por click “Open link in InPrivate window” (Edge) from the drop-down menu.

When you use an incognito window for general browser activities, such as searching for data, Ctrl+Shift+N(Chrome/Edge/Brave/Opera and other Chromium-based browsers) will quickly open a new incognito tab. You can also quickly access the incognito window by right-clicking the browser logo in the Windows taskbar. However, it should be noted that the recording is not saved when using the incognito tab, so you must save the link to refer to later or log in with a secondary account to exit the recording .
You might think it’s an unnecessary and complicated process, but once you get used to it, it’s easier than manually deleting every single click from your YouTube viewing history. It is also useful for platforms or sites that do not require algorithm training.
