Around 300 people enjoyed hot meals at the Nguyen Xi street eatery on June 30.
Vinh, the 28-year-old restaurant owner, said he started offering the all-you-can-eat meal to the poor once a month two months ago.
“I considered distributing free meals or giving out free items, but that’s already been done,” he said. “Inviting people over for a buffet ]will help more people have a more delicious and special meal.”
