NOIDA, India and SANTA CLARA, California, December 23, 2025 /PRNewswire/ — HCLSoftware (NSE: HCLTECH.NS) (BSE: HCLTECH.BO), the software business unit of HCLTech, today announced its intention to acquire Jaspersoft, a business unit of Cloud Software Group and provider of a leading platform for integrated analytics and pixel-perfect reporting.
HCLSoftware Data and AI Division (Actien) is experiencing growing demand for its metadata management, data catalog and data governance solutions and has demonstrated good growth over the past five years, driven by enterprise data management solutions. The acquisition will further strengthen Actian’s proposition by enabling an immersive end-to-end data management experience, while expanding reach through a broad global developer community of data engineers and architects who actively build, deploy and extend data platforms in the modern enterprise environment.
Jaspersoft provides a comprehensive business intelligence and reporting platform that enables organizations to create pixel-perfect reports, interactive dashboards, and advanced visualizations.
