After releasing the first Sony Xperia 1 III renderings, @OnLeaks created a short video that offers a 360 ° look at the phone. And with a phone like the Mark 3, a lot of good stuff is on the side.
As the phone spins, notice the camera shutter button and the Xperia Pro-inspired customizable key on the right side. It’s just below the power button / fingerprint reader combo. A few seconds later, the 3.5mm headphone jack appears. And then the card slot, which will have room for a microSD. It’s a paragraph we can’t write about many 2021 flagships.
Also of note are the two speaker grilles above and below the 6.5-inch 4K OLED display. Most phones with stereo speakers have switched to using an earpiece + bottom speaker for their stereo setups.
And, finally, there’s the triple camera on the back. It will have a periscope lens, a first for Sony, but unfortunately we still don’t have details on the other two modules – will Sony finally overtake 12 MP sensors? Only time (and the leaks) will tell.
