GUANGZHOU, China, April 3, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — The 57th China International Furniture Fair (CIFF Guangzhou 2026) concluded on March 31 with the theme “CONNECT•CREATE”. With a record number of more than 5,100 exhibitors, 93.8% of whom chose CIFF Guangzhou as the platform to launch new products, the eight-day event welcomed 353,106 professional visitors from 185 countries and regions. International attendance reached 64,291 people, an increase of 13.2% from the 2025 peak and a new record. Throughout the show, 111 simultaneous events took place, alongside the first release of nine major trend reports, reinforcing CIFF’s role as an industry thought leader. To better serve buyers in the Middle East who are unable to attend in person, the show has introduced an innovative remote matchmaking service, combining live on-site exhibition presentations with real-time online engagement, facilitating 162 targeted sourcing matchmaking sessions and ensuring continuity of international supply.
Spanning the entire value chain, the show connected global resources through its three flagship exhibitions to drive collaboration and industry growth.
From March 18 to 21, the Home furniture exhibition explored how design moves from concept to market to drive growth. Spanning 430,000 square meters, it has promoted global trade, supporting international brands entering China while helping Chinese brands expand overseas. The curated displays traced the evolution of the aesthetics of the contemporary home. Reflecting changing lifestyles, the exhibition also highlighted emerging directions such as pet-friendly spaces and inclusive design.
From March 28 to 31, the Office and commercial spaces exhibitionthemed “Sustainability”, presented a forward-thinking vision of working ecosystems in office environments, office seating and public commercial spaces. Visitors learned about green principles embedded in design, materials and the complete life cycle, highlighting progress in low-carbon innovation from concept to use. Smart technologies have also played the role of a key driver, integrating smart products, design strategies and service systems to create connected solutions in workplace spaces and operations, thereby guiding the industry towards inclusive and sustainable growth.
Held simultaneously, the CIFM/interzum Guangzhou connecting global innovation and industrial chains to drive manufacturing transformation. The Machinery sector has focused on smart manufacturing, uniting carpentry and upholstery equipment with Industry 4.0 and flexible lines for smart and scalable manufacturing upgrades. The Furnishing Materials area showcased advances in CMF, functionality and sustainable finishes. The Hardware zone showcased smart solutions improving home design and spatial performance.
