The 600-megawatt onshore project, the first wind farm in Laos, will be located in southern provinces of Sekong and Attapeu, the company said in a statement. Vietnam recorded 220 more Covid-19 infections in the past six hours, raising the total number of patients in the country to 12,014, the Ministry of Health reported at noon on Thursday.
