On the afternoon of February 5, Vietnam recorded 19 more cases of Covid-19. The northern mountainous province of Ha Giang reported the first case. The 19 new cases were reported in 5 provinces: Hanoi (1), Hai Duong (12), Quang Ninh (2), Dien Bien (3) and Ha Giang (1). Hanoi had one case, patient 1958, who was F1 of patient 1814, related to the outbreak in Chi Linh city, Hai Duong province.
