It is equipped with a Renesas RZ/Five MPU with integrated AndesCore AX45MP RISC-V supporting 1.0 GHz operating frequency and provides GPIO, micro USB, dual Gigabit Ethernet, a pair of CAN bus interfaces and two RS232 COM ports. . It also provides 1GB of built-in RAM and 16GB of eMMC (optional), and supports a wide operating temperature range of -20°C to 60°C.
