Apple Maps is finally getting crowdsourced accident reports. The feature was discovered in the beta version of iOS 14.5 and will allow you to report an accident, danger or speed camera on the road.
The same sought-after functionality is available for Google Maps and has been a staple of Waze, but Apple Maps is adding a new element: hands-free reporting. You will be able to use Siri to report something while on the go. For example saying “Hey, Siri, there is a crash coming”.

This is just one of the features to be part of iOS 14.5. It will also allow you to set third-party music apps as the default player for Siri, bypassing FaceID while wearing a mask if you have an Apple Watch and bring 5G dual SIM support.
