The Board of Directors is an independent body within AML RightSource’s global advisory structure, complementing the North American Board of Directors. Bringing together the expertise of practitioners from the UK, Europe, APAC and Australia, it will support the company’s global expansion and strengthen its role as a trusted partner in preventing financial crime across the banking, payments, crypto and other sectors.
As financial crime becomes increasingly complex, the Council will help AML RightSource anticipate regulatory changes, challenge standards and refine service delivery. His vision will help the firm meet evolving client needs amid increased oversight and operational demands.

Dayna Bordin – Financial Crime Transformation Leader (Banking and Digital Assets)
Dayna brings more than two decades of experience as a compliance practitioner, auditor and consultant. She has led significant transformation programs at Barclays, Santander and HSBC and now serves as UK MLRO at GSR. Dayna brings deep expertise to the board in large bank transformation, auditing, and the evolving crypto regulatory ecosystem.
Matt Brown – Expert in global sanctions and financial crime detection
Matt is a recognized industry leader in transaction monitoring, sanctions advocacy, anti-money laundering and terrorism detection. He has delivered major technology transformations at institutions including RBS, Barclays and HSBC, championing technology approaches that strengthen detection while reducing friction. He also contributes to the Wolfsberg Group.
John Fogarty – Senior Financial Crime Manager with APAC and Australian expertise
John brings extensive experience gained in senior roles in Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia with UBS, HSBC and the Commonwealth Bank of Australia. He brings strong knowledge of APAC regulatory expectations and regional supervisory environments, with experience leading transformational change and large-scale remediation.
Alan Ketley – Global AML Authority and Former Executive Secretary, Wolfsberg Group
Alan brings over 40 years of anti-money laundering leadership within global institutions. As the Wolfsberg Group’s first permanent executive secretary, he helped shape industry thinking through practical, efficiency-focused publications.
