The company is proud to introduce its new Arothane™ ARP-W series loaded with 30-80% tungsten as a radio pacifier, complementing this year’s commitment to networking, marketing and brand exposure on a good note.
The radiopaque filler is added in a single-step process instead of a secondary compounding process, allowing the produced TPU to exhibit superior physical properties and processability. Tungsten, known for its exceptional radiopacity, makes tungsten-filled TPU particularly ideal for manufacturing small or thin-walled devices such as TPU coating for guidewires.
Alithane™ (ALP series), Durathane™ (ALC series) and Arothane™ (ARP series) are on display. All TPU series are made in Taiwan, and available in different colors, radiopaque fillers (tungsten sulfate/barium) and hardness levels. We also accept small order quantities, ranging from 50 to 100 kilograms, providing flexibility to meet specific customer needs from the early stages of product development.
