Vietnam recorded 95 local Covid-19 cases Sunday morning, including 22 employees at a Ho Chi Minh City frontline coronavirus hospital. A tropical depression evolved into a storm Saturday afternoon as it approached the Gulf of Tonkin, forecast to make landfall in the northern region Sunday.
