The government has approved the Son My 2 industrial park in the central province of Binh Thuan.
The 468-hectare industrial facility will be developed by East Saigon Investment and Industrial Development JSC, a company in which renowned developer Becamex IDC has a 30% stake.
The province has nine industrial parks, three of which are under construction, according to the Binh Thuan Industrial Park Management Board.
The province wants to make the industry one of its main economic pillars by 2025.
